Had a poor experience at another hotel of this chain in Hroshima, I nearly cancelled because of it but so glad I didn't. Lovely clean rooms but a little on the small side, No problem for me as all I needed was a bed and somewhere to store my things. A little far from Tokyo centre but rail and subway station close by so not a major issue.

We really love the The Share hotels, this was the third one we stayed in. This one is in a quiet residential area, around 10-15 minutes walk to Asakusa, public transport and the Senso-ji temple. Our room (2 beds and 2 beds above them on a wooden platform) was big enough for 3 (2 parents and 1 young adult daughter) and comfortable. A family room with a bit of privacy as well. Nice badroom with really good shower. The beds are firm and te pillows too, it depends on your taste if you like that or not. 7-Eleven at 6 minutes walk. Like all the The Shares, you can do payed laundry (wash and dry) and have complimentary drinks and tea. Breakfast is available if you want to, but we like the 7-Eleven onigiri’s more. We also loved walking around the Senso-ji temple area after dark, so beautiful and peaceful.

A 2-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Toei-Asakusa line, Asakusa Hotel Hatago offers free WiFi and a dining lounge with sweeping views of Tokyo Sky Tree.

Room got everything we needed. It was a good mix between modern/European style (bed, bathroom) and traditional japanese style (windows, tatami mats). Personel was friendly and helpful and spoke in english. Checkin and checkout was fast and easy. We could also leave luggage before checkin and after checkout without any problems. Nice lounge room.
