The staff were so helpful. We accidentally left some clothes behind and they let us know and organised the return. Staff were super helpful even before our arrival as we did change our bookings about 3 times.

Location is excellent for those in Brisbane for sporting events of cultural at QPAc - easy access to both. Quick ubers to the better restaurants in town.

There needs to be easy access guest info as to food available in hotel. TV is rubbish restricted to free to air and screen is small. - so take your own devices. Other than that, great hotel with a nice reception and waiting area.

Unfortunately our floor unpon arrival was very oily and slippery. We needed to have the floor cleaned, only a minor thing but it was quite slippery and very dangerous.
