This is a seriously lovely hotel. Looks freshly renovated with lovely white rooms with high ceilings and chandeliers. We didn’t do the online check (really we should have it saves time), but the reception guy was great and patiently typed in all our passport details… it was obviously a pain for him but he was cheery and supportive! We’ll done.

The staff were excellent they attended your every need always happy very helpful the rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the toiletries in there and were replenished as needed the views and all the pools were perfect the food had an exceptional buffet breakfast and dinner with so much variety

Very clean, lots of cleaners constantly doing the toilets etc. Pool is lovely, although not heated. The entertainers were so much fun around the pool and the bar staff etc are so lovely!

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning grounds and interiors. Amazing facilities and the staff are incredible. So relaxing and superb breakfast! Why we have returned twice in one year!

lack of safe to leave valuables/passport etc some tourist info/take away maps would be good key safe difficult to use, reading numbers and black button really difficult but hosts very helpful
