The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber. There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need. The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.emiliyaBulgaria - 10Scored 10

The pool area was nice although we didn’t use it much as the beaches are so great in Sithonia. Gregoria and Annita were great hosts and gave us lots of excellent tips for exploring Sithonia. Nikiti is nice, although very busy with lots of families on holiday, so we hired a car and took the opportunity to get out and explore the peninsula.

The furniture is so beautiful and there are many details that makes you feel like home. The host brought us fruits, propose us wine and so on. The beach of Nikiti is very close and the best beaches of Sithonia are very close. The center is very close and the area around the hotel is very quiet.

The host is really nice and helped us whenever we needed something. She also sent us a link to a guide she made with many good suggestions for restaurants and things to do on Sithonia.
