It is far away from big hotels and a bit far away from everything (but close to the airport according to maps) BUT IT SO WORTH IT. The fact is that because it's a bit far it allows for calm, privacy, peace and a GORGEOUS landscape. I wish I could have stay one more night to enjoy this place more. I can't emphasize enough how rare it is in Egypt to find such a gem like that. I will definitively come back.

We were upgraded to a spacious and modern suite. Gorgeous pool and plenty of places to sit and relax. A beautiful gazebo extends onto the lake. Delicious buffet breakfast. It was an excellent place to celebrate the arrival of the new year.

No doubt, the quality of the “guest house” is the best one I experienced in my trip of Egypt.

Superb hotel located in the city center of Abu Simbel from a walking distance to the temple (20min walk but you can take a taxi if you want) and next to the bus stop to go to Aswan. The welcoming was great and the people are very helpful! Rooms are clean with good wifi connection. Breakfast is possible after your visit of the temple

All, everything is perfect, the hospitality, staff very very friendly, very close from the temples but if you don't want walk, the hotel has a tuk tuk. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. If you are looking a real Nubian experience, this is the place. We lost the 1st night and the owner offered stay one night more. The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. You can arrange everything with the hotel, taxi and stay one night in Aswan, also they have a new beautiful nubio hotel in Aswan. Thank you very much to owner and all team Kabara Nubian House.
