This island property is along the Arctic Circle, next to Grímsey Airport and 40 km off Iceland’s northern coast. It offers a restaurant, guest lounge and free public area Wi-Fi. Everything was great! Spacious kitchen, nice living room, extra breakfast room and the rooms are very nice too! The owners are the most amazing people and it was definately a 10/10! Everyone who wants some calm, relaxing and chilling days I warmly recommend Básar Guesthouse and Grimsey Island

So clean and comfortable. Cooked a nice dinner and relaxed after walking around the town. The kitchen had all the basics. The skylights are fun and allowed us to see small/mild northern lights on the night we stayed. Town is small so we could walk all around easily from this apartment. Loved seeing the school children heading out for a hike past the door in the morning.

Amazing balcony views of mountains, town and fjord. Large well equipped one bedroom flat. Booked an hour before we came and they immediately had the cleaner get the place ready for us.

Surrounded by a fjord in the northern town of Siglufjördur, this hotel is 100 metres from Adalgata main street and 17 km from Ólafsfjördur town centre. Stayed there for one night — we liked it A LOT! - Amazing common spaces with tea and coffee - Hot tub on the street - Nice design and cozy rooms (most of the with a view) - Breakfast not bad (typical for Iceland, not the European one)

It is very spacious and well equipped. We ski toured with Scandic Guides and stayed in the apartment. We love the local bakery, info centre, grocery shop and pool. All was good. Weather extremely wild!!

The guesthouse is located IN the town Siglufjörður, the northernmost town of the Troll Peninsula. , this modern guest house is 16 km from Ólafsfjördur. This place was perfect. Everything was perfect. Helga was so nice. The cabin is pristine clean. Cozy bed and great decor. Hot tub was pure bliss. Cute town with cute brewery and decent restaurants. Honestly I would have paid more for this it was that nice! These are luxury cabins

As Trapped fans this was a must do for us and we were not disappointed. The fastest check in ever , a beautifully appointed and very comfortable room, beautiful bar and restaurant with impeccable service and quality and a hot tub with views to die for.
