This island property is along the Arctic Circle, next to Grímsey Airport and 40 km off Iceland’s northern coast. It offers a restaurant, guest lounge and free public area Wi-Fi. Everything was great! Spacious kitchen, nice living room, extra breakfast room and the rooms are very nice too! The owners are the most amazing people and it was definately a 10/10! Everyone who wants some calm, relaxing and chilling days I warmly recommend Básar Guesthouse and Grimsey Island

A recently renovated apartment situated in Siglufjörður, Scenic Penthouse - Ocean view & skylight windows features a garden. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi.... So clean and comfortable. Cooked a nice dinner and relaxed after walking around the town. The kitchen had all the basics. The skylights are fun and allowed us to see small/mild northern lights on the night we stayed. Town is small so we could walk all around easily from this apartment. Loved seeing the school children heading out for a hike past the door in the morning.

Large well equipped one bedroom flat. Booked an hour before we came and they immediately had the cleaner get the place ready for us.

Surrounded by a fjord in the northern town of Siglufjördur, this hotel is 100 metres from Adalgata main street and 17 km from Ólafsfjördur town centre. Stayed there for one night — we liked it A LOT! - Amazing common spaces with tea and coffee - Hot tub on the street - Nice design and cozy rooms (most of the with a view) - Breakfast not bad (typical for Iceland, not the European one)

Hlíðarvegur 20 - Gagginn is set in Siglufjörður. This apartment offers a lift and free WiFi. It is very spacious and well equipped. We ski toured with Scandic Guides and stayed in the apartment. We love the local bakery, info centre, grocery shop and pool. All was good. Weather extremely wild!!

All great, cosy place, warm and welcoming staff, very well equipped, quiet so we could sleep well after a long drive. Hot pool and sauna with great views.

As we were travelling around the island in a campervan visiting all the attractions, we arrived at our hotel 7 minutes to 9 pm. The gentleman at the reception checked us in and informed us that there were not many places to dine and their dining room was closing in 7 minutes. As we informed him we hadn't had dinner yet, he proceeded to the dining room and made arrangements to keep the dining room open to serve us a most excellent meal. We requested a view of the harbor which to my surprise was provided without additional cost. The room was quite spacious and very clean with a king size bed that was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, not to mention the high quality down pillows and duvet that came with it. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel as the staff were friendly and very accommodating to ensure an enjoyable hassle-free stay.
