The room is very clean, modern and high-tech; Alexa turned our lights on and off controlled the a/c played music, etc. The kitchen had great amenities. We communicated with our hostess by WhatsApp and she was very responsive and helpful. She ordered the pizza for our supper the first night, the taxi when we left, and arranged to have a SIM card delivered for local phone service.

Courtyard by Marriott Cancun is 5 minutes' drive from Cancun International Airport and offers a free round trip airport shuttle service, available 24 hours. We stayed there just one night before leaving to airport,because it is very close to it and hotel has free shuttle to airport and back.Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cancun Airport has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Cancún. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Shuttle service to and from the airport, dining staff accommodating us when we arrived in the cusp of the dining room closing and allowing us to order for it to be sent to room service and providing hem the room number after we checked in (as it saved us time and we were tired after a day of travels). Room service order arrived as soon as we got to the room, really amazing and good was great portions and tasty. Abigail at the front desk was phenomenal, we were to have had two bookings for April 22-23, but an error in dates for one room meant we only had 1 reservation instead of 2. Abigail was courteous, professional and proposed solutions to the dynamic and we booked directly through the hotel thanks to Abigail and she was able to accommodate an upgrade for the honeymoon couple who the erroneous reservation had been intended for - thank you Abigail, you are the reason customer service still has moments of magic. You remedied a potential really unpleasant experience for honeymooners spoke to all guests with the same demeanor and courteousness. Beds comfy, shower great, breakfast lovely variety, thank you for a lovely stay to me and family including the honeymooners.

Very friendly staff They helped us when our car didn't work because the lights were on all light and the battery was low. Thanks again for that!
