I liked everything. Gerard met us at the agreed time and even though I don't speak English very well, he communicated everything we needed very clearly and precisely. Very professional and commendable. Not to forget, a bottle of wine, cheese, cakes, chocolate were waiting for us... The studio looks much bigger than it really is because it is functional. The furniture is new and tastefully chosen, the cleanliness is impeccable. It has a fairly large terrace with a nice view, as well as a secured parking space. If there was a higher rating than 10, we would get , so let it be 10+.

I would recommend choosing it for your stay. And can’t wait to come back!

For the price that I booked it for during this period helped significantly, especially as it was close to the train station and a 5 minute ride away from Cannes. The price and the location saved on travel costs. It is also close to Antibes, which is a nice area of the Riviera to go and visit, with beaches at Golfe Juan up to 10 minute walk away. The apartment looks over roofs and gets the afternoon sun which is really lovely.
