We've been staying at Jazz Suites Penang for 3 times, and this is the best that we have ever had. It's exactly like staying in a hotel. They provided:- - white thick face and bath towel - set of toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc. -proper bath mat, which we hardly found in our previous Staycation. - 3in1 coffee with sugar and creamy, 2 large bottles of mineral water as complimentary. - truly spacious and spotless environment The host also showed us great hospitality.
