I read and did not like the review and asked why a confirmed booking has no more room and needed a change. The person-in-charge says if you don't want then cancel. I was already on my way and told him he cannot do that. He says he can still let me have the other room he proposed. But I have to cancel my current booking and come over to meet up and pay in cash. And in the very last minute, I got to start searching for another place since I don't like that arrangement, I do felt threatened and unhappy. Perpetually, i have to tell him "ok ok i take the room, please don't play me out..." Booking.com, please take note of my cancelled booking 16-18 Mar 2023. And I leave it to you to take any action. I then book through another host and gotten the High floor at level 52. Since it is on the high floor, i have a better view. And, of course, it is quiet at night. It is also quite clean and everything is available such as towel, toilet paper, shower gel, cooking utensils, washing powder. Clear instructions was given and host assigned helper to show and explained about the facility and advice good food nearby and places to go.
