The villa is close to the beach and has some supermarkets around. The area was nice and quiet. If you rent a car you can get to pretty much any beach, including beaches in Ayia Napa in less than 15 minutes. The hosts were very nice, they came to the property to show us around and they were constantly asking if everything was good. There is also an air conditioning unit in every room. Good to know in the area: You can pay with a credit card almost anywhere. In our entire stay, there was only a single place that was selling corn and we couldn't pay by card. Moreover, if you can rent a car, do that. Even if you've never driven on the left side, after the first 15 to 30 minutes everything will clear up. After that, you can go anywhere with the car since the Larnaka airport is connected via a highway with every resort nearby. You can go from Protaras to Ayia Napa every single day for a 10-15 minutes drive. There are parking lots everywhere and the most expensive one we've found was 3€ for the whole day.

Really clean tasteful apartment The double bed was bigger than normal, we could not wish for better. We made our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant not even a minute away that you can buy a hot breakfast, they do great pizza later on in the day and evening, really good quality pizza. Nikki the host was very helpful, and could be contacted easily if we had any questions. Every attention to detail has been thought of. It's in a great location if you want to explore other beaches like fig tree bay which are a short drive away. A great stay

The personal approach. Great location to a quiet beach. Especially love coming there in winter when there are not a lot of people and the sea is extra spectacular. The apartments are specious and very comfortable.

The apartment is spacy, tidy, and cozy. It has a wonderful outlook and is 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The hosts were exceedingly caring and accommodating. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend staying here.

Nikolas et sa femme sont très gentils et nous ont aidés durant notre séjour. Un grand merci. Si je vivais à Chypre, Nikolas serait mon ami ! Leur emplacement est idéal pour rayonner.
