The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. It has plenty big towels and blankets and pillows and has a beautiful view. There’s a washer and kitchenette and it’s very cozy. Paul was very kind and helpful. The condo is only a half block from the water.

From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left - the service we received was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded many of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. When the team found out that it was my partners birthday, they went absolutely above and beyond to provide dinner recommendations, reservations, book spa treatments and surprise us with wine & cake free of charge. A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again. The room was huge, super clean but a little hit dark cause we were at the street level. If you want a light full one make sure to note that you ask for it. The staff was super kind and always available to help us and the position very centric. I loved it.
