Neko is a great host, and the apartment is beautifully decorated with treasures and her artwork. My room was enormous, and well appointed with a fan to add to the breeze through large windows. Neko also very kindly helped me with my French SIM - a tremendous help!!!! Great area and close to Durance metro.

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.
