I really enjoyed my stay here! The owner is very friendly and knows the area well, I got lots of great recommendations for things to see and try during my first visit to Brighton. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the location is great. It is located in a quiet street very close to the beach, and you can easily walk to Brighton Pier, the Lanes, the Royal Pavilion etc.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla struttura. Dall’esterno sembra molto piccola, ma in realtà le camere sono veramente ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario. Nel bagno della nostra camera c’erano sia doccia che vasca da bagno. Nota positiva anche per la colazione, concentrata ma molto ricca (c’è anche la possibilità di ordinare piatti cucinati al momento).

Beautifully styled property, extremely clean and a very accommodating host. Just a stones throw from the seafront and had all the amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Brighton & Hove area.

This property was spacious and lush, so much comfort within a wonderful central position. Beautiful area and a parking space which is a wonderful bonus in the city.

Beds so comfy & clean, big room with high quality equipment and provided almost everything that you have in your home i.e. smart coffee machine, small sewing set. Michael and Paul are so lovely they always help to support you by anyway they can even though it’s such a trolley for removing all kid’s stuffs from School closed to stay@27. The location made our family life more easy just walk 200m during School Graduation time.

Everything. I was really sad I only stayed thoses few days. It was an incredible place, very big, very confy. TV was all set up. It was close to everything. I would move in if I could. Would send anyone there.

Excellent communication with the owner, and he met us on departure ... Even though it's all done by key box code. Great facilities.... Everything you could possibly need! Bubbly and choccies was a nice touch too! Tea and coffee, fresh drinking water etc provided too, and the Bluetooth speaker fed through to all rooms so it was nice to have our own music. Everything you could desire in a dungeon and medical room ... Plenty of condoms and lube too!! Parking in Regency Square (very close) was £30 for 24 hours, but it was secure and better than coming out to a parking ticket ... Which we saw a couple of cars in the street had got! Okay to unload but then just move your car. Had a fab Chinese in the China Garden close to the Holiday Inn. Overall, definitely worth the money, and great fun too!!!

Appartamento bellissimo, dotato di tutti i confort, cucina attrezzata, camere ampie e bellissimo soggiorno. In più il parcheggio. A 3 minuti dalla spiaggia e si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi a Brighton. Pur essendo vicino al centro è una zona molto tranquilla.
