Beautifully styled property, extremely clean and a very accommodating host. Just a stones throw from the seafront and had all the amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Brighton & Hove area.

Comfortable and cosy 2 bedroom suite in a great location. The guidance from the host was specific, and we found the place easily. We fell in love with the two cats , Oliver and Crumble, who were definitely a bonus. The room was clean and massive. I can't find a negative thing to say. We are gonna visit again soon🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay! We were welcomed very warmly and much attention was paid to our welfare! The room was amazing and offered more than we could ask for! We had our own house entrance to the room which was very large in size, the bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely decorated with fresh flowers and different kind of sweets. Moreover, next to a coffee machine and tea supplies, there was refrigerator with milk and water and even crushed ice! We had our own bathroom which was very clean. Our hosts also offered us parking permits (3,50/day) which made parking in front of the house very easy. Overall, without a doubt -> 10/10 !

Very well equipped apartment in an excellent position for seeing Brighton. We walked everywhere. Very quiet for such a central location.

Excellent communication with the owner, and he met us on departure ... Even though it's all done by key box code. Great facilities.... Everything you could possibly need! Bubbly and choccies was a nice touch too! Tea and coffee, fresh drinking water etc provided too, and the Bluetooth speaker fed through to all rooms so it was nice to have our own music. Everything you could desire in a dungeon and medical room ... Plenty of condoms and lube too!! Parking in Regency Square (very close) was £30 for 24 hours, but it was secure and better than coming out to a parking ticket ... Which we saw a couple of cars in the street had got! Okay to unload but then just move your car. Had a fab Chinese in the China Garden close to the Holiday Inn. Overall, definitely worth the money, and great fun too!!!

Perfect location. Close to multiple eating places. However, we used the small groceries stores in order to cook dinner ourselves. Funny thing is that it rained very hard with huge winds the night we were there. So, we cancelled the plan to wake up early to see sunrise over the ocean... I turned the rain stopped early and we missed everything..
