We loved the location on the property. It was very central to everything and you could walk everywhere. It was about a 25min walk into the old town which is beautiful and about a 15min walk to the ports where you catch the ferries etc. All of our tours even picked us up right out front! It was great! There’s is also grocery stores and bakeries very close by along with restaurants etc. It was also a quiet area to be in which was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Paula our host was a huge help in many ways and always available through WhatsApp.

There was a free parking spot close by and the location was easy to reach by car. The bus stop is just across the street and the busses to the old town leave every 10-20 minutes and costs 2€ (cash). The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.

Jelena was so friendly and helpful - she brought us fresh fruit and meat/cheese for free after we spend the morning at the beach nearby (Bellevue beach) which is only a 13 min walk away. The room has incredible air conditioning and stays cool even when it’s not on. The bed was so comfy and we had access to a washing machine with the washing pods and softener included - this was super helpful for swimming stuff and beach towels. The pool was a godsend in the heat! There is a lovely little deck to lie out on and tan - it was not crowded at all but very peaceful and quiet. One night we had some beers by the pool and watched the bats 🦇 flying around. The old town is a €5 taxi away.

Right in the old town, easily find the hotel without any stair. thanks the hotel staff help carrying luggage up to the attic. room is big and clean with well facities.

Very near Ploce gate, so you can walk in with luggage. Pack light, lots of stairs in Dubrovnik and the hotel building!

Location. It was convenient for me when meeting up for tours. It was nice to be within the old city and have a chance to walk around with less tourists. I was travelling solo so the small room was fine. It might be very tight with two people. Having teas and a fridge were also great.

The location was perfect: with the stairs down and you were at old town. The host was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very very clean and the private parking space was a plus! Thank you darling! When we come back, it is for sure at this place!!!

We were one of the first guests, everything was very clean and brand new. The communication with Nika was very easy and she even arranged a free parking spot for us in Dubrovnik where parking would have been extremely expensive otherwise. Thanks a lot, would definitely stay there again!
