The apartment was really nice, spacious and modern with all amenities. Everything was clean. Pity we only stayed for only one night. It is just outside the old town of Zadar, but working walking distance. The communication with the host was also good. She replies in less that 24 hours. Will strongly recommend even for longer stays.

We loved the hot tub, small kitchen and walk-in shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The car was safely parked behind the fence. We stayed there with a baby and the owners themselves asked me a day before arrival if we needed a baby cot and I think it was really nice of them to think of that. The staff was very friendly, the food was great. Even the toilets in the pizzeria downstairs are very clean, I was surprised to find some hygiene pads and even some deodorant in there. It was overall a very pleasant experience, I definitely recommend. If we ever go to Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

L'alloggio è molto bello, abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la pulizia . comunque grande e confortevole, in un quartiere tranquillo ed un supermercato proprio sotto casa, e con una breve e piacevole passeggiata si arriva in centro. consigliatissimo.

New build and very good quality, up market fittings and layout. Great location with respect to the water and driving the area, nice easy scenic walk to old town, easy parking. I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

Struttura moderna e bel arredata pulita e accogliente. La posizione da la possibilità di raggiungere il centro con facilità con qualche minuto. Il posto auto privato è sicuro e da tranquillità.
