Excellent location and apartment was very clean and well equipped. Melissa was very helpful. One note - anyone with mobility issues or small children may want to be cautious as far as the stairs to the loft, but they are shown in the pictures. Apartment was charming and perfect for our needs.

It's a very spacious place with kitchen for a family, not far from center of Como.If you don't have big luggages, it's easy to get to. Early check-in was possible, this avoid us walking in the town with luggage, because we get to there by train in the noon.

It was very clean, there was everything we needed. Maybe the appartment wasn’t in the city centre but its located near the bus stop. Beautiful view from the balcony!

We had a last minute change of plans and found the flat to be perfectly located for lake adventures. The host is easily reachable via whatsapp and helped us with arrival, extra keys, questions about the flat and the area. It is simply furnished, clean, air conditioned and paid parking is available nearby. Note that if you arrive by car, you must park in a paid lot. Restaurants and a small grocery are steps away. Beautiful location right on the lake. Big airy flat with an extended balcony and magnificent views. Ample breakfast items, snacks and treats provided. Sabrina, the hostess is friendly, communicative and very helpful.
