The place is very close to the beach, to the train station, and also next to the local traditional pizzeria. The apartment is spacious and offers everything one might need for a short vacation. Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, it has all the necessary stuff: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, umbrellas (rain/sun)..Big terrace, two rooms with two bathrooms. Also the hosts left for us some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcoming present. The location is good, 5 min to the sea, 5 min to the train station, destination to Rome. We were met by Katia, very friendly and nice. She always responded quickly if we needed smth. We are happy that we had chosen this great apartment. Would definetely come back again.

The owner was very friendly and kind. The place was beautifully decorated. The room was well-sized with private bathroom. The train station to take the train to Rome was a short walk away. There was plenty of free street parking. The airport (FCO) was a short drive away.
