Spotlessly clean room with aircon and comfortable bed. Helpful, friendly family owners. Generous and delicious breakfasts. Superb location on Dutch canal in shady setting - bird and wildlife viewing made it hard for me (a birder) to move away from the deck. Also easy walking distance of numerous restuarants and shops.

The host Sashika couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He even put on an amazing NYE barbecue for all the guests and was thoughtful that the kiddies had something they would enjoy, and catered for them. He also had fireworks that was enjoyed by all the guests. He organized transport for us whenever we needed it and had knowledge of the labs where we could do our required pre departure covid tests Karthi the all rounder helper/maid kept the place spotless and was always smiling and obliging. We had two young kids with us and both Sashika and Karthi were very accommodating with their needs. The proximity to the beach was a plus. I would highly recommend Negombo The Nature Villa and Cabanas for a short or long stay.

Very modern and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. In the cafe on the first floor the food is tasty and sold for reasonable prices. We liked that drinking water in the hotel provided for free. Also there is a playing room, where you can play a pool. Overall good value for the money 👍🏻

Great location across the road from the beach, best room we had in our month in Sri Lanka. Strong hot shower, clean with a great bed. The hosts were fantastic and the breakfast perfect.

Such a lovely family! I was immediately greeted with smiles and they were so such sweet hosts! They both made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well, and we were able to arrange breakfast early before getting to the airport. Very grateful for the free drop off to the airport in the morning. Definitely recommend!

The owners are very helpful, alvays available and the location is in a quiet area. A couple of food shops nearby and a lot of fruit/vegetable markets. Would stay at Villa A50 again.

The staff is really friendly. They make you feel very welcome. The room is very big. Everything is so clean and nice. The garden is like a paradise. The two swimming pools are amazing. It is like being at a resort. The distance to the airport is only 15 min by car. They arrange the transfer for you and you can trust that it will work. I am so sorry I was here only one night. It was one of the best places during my whole trip through Sri Lanka. If you search a place close to the airport and just perfect you should stay here. It is a very good start or an amazing end for your holidays on this beautyful island.
