The owner of the apartment is lovely, i really want to thank to her again. Wiew is so good, especially at night you can see whole Kotor Old Town, the lights are adorable. Prčanj is close to Kotor but also quiet and calm life exists here. The apartment is new, furnitures are clean and new. We can communicate with the owner easily and she helped us about our questions. And the most important thing is parking place! There is no parking place problem, we never try to find a place whenever we come home. Thank you Katarina, i wish we can see each other again.

Fantastic location. Great views across the bay. Plenty of outdoor space to relax & a pool if it was warmer. Short walk to the local bakery & and shop at the bottom of the hill. Nice walk along the bay front looking at the old buildings and a small beach at the junction. There's a larger beach approx 15 mins walk away at the Hyatt Hotel. Clean, tidy accommodation & Smiljana, the property manager, was very helpful & a great host. Always happy to help with any questions. Nice quiet area. Handy having a washing machine.

First of all, we would like to thank dear Monica. She helped us a lot in everything. She has a very nice house. The apartment has a great view. The apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The house had all the kitchen utensils and everything was new. Everything was prepared carefully. We had a reservation for two days and extended it for one more day. Because it had a magnificent view. Watching the Bay of Kotor, birds and rain from here gave us a special pleasure. One of the very special houses to stay in Kotor. We were very pleased to have this experience.

The apartment is pretty comfortable, rooms are very spacious. Although, the apartment is a perfect fit for up to 3-4 people. Being located on the ground floor, we could use both the front and side porches with garden sets, lounge chairs and parasols, aside from the fact that the apartment has its own terrace with a table and two chairs. The apartment is located only 50 m uphill from the sea side. The apartment has no parking space of its own (as it was noted to us prior to our booking), but I could easily find the parking place each day of our stay in front of the old "Pension Riviera" building and "Bokeški gušti" restaurant.
