The homestay is in good location if you are planning to dive, you can walk to the diving centers from here, around 10 min. Shops, markets are around. The room was quite clean. The room was small but we didn't spend so much time except sleeping so it was totally okay. The optional breakfast was good. Eric the host was helpful.

After reading some of the reviews , I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did take note and improved them. I.e. the internet was the fastest on our trip, the room had a TV, AC and we had continuous hot water. The manager was really helpful and involved in answering any queries we may had. They have a small common area where you can relax upstairs. Breakfast was really good in the downstairs cafe and prepared on time for our early departure for diving . Indeed there are stairs as the rooms are on the first floor, but you can leave any diving equipment on the ground floor . We even went back to the cafe part after our diving trip to enjoy the coffee and the fast internet .

The staff were amazing. Everything was ready upon my arrival since I arrived late. Briefed me about the common areas & no shoe policy inside. Bob was great! The other Filipino guy that takes care of the afternoon shift (forgot his name) was amazing. He gave me tips, talked about stories around the place. Such a homey experience. Definitely my go to place in Semporna now. Keep it up!

The hotel is very well located. A lot of restaurants and cafe nearby as wel as convenience store. Also super close to the jetty and many scuba diving center in the area. As for the hotel itself, the room was very clean and comfy. The washing machine in the room is definitely a plus ! You also have free coffee and refill water. Staff is super friendly ! I highly recommend this place and I will come back again
