The Water's Edge biedt accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid en alleen kamers, direct aan zee in Lee-on-the-Solent. Lovely water front view. Easy walk to beach, shops and food. Great to have front door parking. Hosts were very obliging. Very clean, spacious unit.

The property is an immaculately restored 1930s art decor period home. However, all modern conveniences have been careful included such as lots and lots of power points in the right locations, a bathroom that is a good size and lots of shelf space, a large shower with perfect hot water and excellent water pressure controls. Breakfast was magnificent with lots of varied options cooked to perfection. WiFi was very strong and reliable. The house is triple glazed and is in a very quiet location but easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful. They have over 18 years experience running this B&B. This place has set a new benchmark for B&B accommodation. Our room was cleaned and made up every day. Such a luxury. It really felt like we were pampered back in the 1930s.

Beech Lodge Guest House ligt in New Milton, op 10 minuten lopen van het treinstation van de stad en iets meer dan een mijl van de kust. Lovely room and Kate and Adrian were very welcoming. Great breakfast too.

Leeward House B&B ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand en beschikt over lichte kamers. Leeward House was ideal. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable large room. dedicated parking, all utensils available. This is a well planned and positioned property.
