Featuring garden views, Holywell Grange Farm offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 15 km from Northumbria University. Very good and helpful owners, clean room, nice farm and nice animals the owner gave me a taxi number to go to my place, that was a life saver!

High spec apartment in perfect location! Best spot in Newcastle for a serviced apartment with a homely feel. Host was very friendly and responsive to any requests

Boasting heated pool, Seahawk Lodge is set on the beachfront in Whitley Bay. This campground offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The caravan was so well equipped - my sister and I felt like we were staying in a family home rather than just a holiday home. Great location for the beach and a short drive to restaurants shops. Communication with Janice our host was excellent and access couldn't be simpler. Janice left us fresh milk and treats - so welcome after a longish drive. The bonus for us - Pet friendly. We hope to return again - there is so much to see and do in the area. It is possible to buy a pass to use the resort facilities - although we did not.

Set in South Shields, 800 metres from Sandhaven Beach and 11 km from Stadium of Light, South Shore Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Absolutely EVERYTHING! We were in town for a concert May 2023, and staying at South Shore Guest House was like visiting godparents on a school holiday - warm, welcoming, cozy, and caring. The best part was our hostess Lorraine’s charming stories over the hearty homemade breakfasts that she and her husband prepared for all the guests each morning. The town of South Shields is a dreamy, friendly community by the sea, and this B&B is in the perfect spot for strolling to and fro from the diverse restaurants & stores to the excellent dog watching at the pier. Also, super convenient to find from the train station. I can’t recommend a stay there enough; 10/10.
