The apartment was extremely well equipped and quite large. All the appliances were brand new, and the hosts had ensured that all instruction manuals for the electrical equipment were easy to access. The apartment was not located in the actual town centre which was a positive as it was very quiet, but was only a five minute walk through the marina to the town centre. There was ample parking space and there were a host of walking trails on the doorstep.

So nice to have breakfast provided so we could sit outside on the private patio and enjoy the beach view. Have already recommended to friends.

The stay exceeded our expectations in many very important areas (location/views, number and quality of home devices and furniture, garden, breakfast, very good wifi) and the small ones (like range of tea and number of tea bags, TV with unlocked channels, local tips, New Zealand guide book, welcoming chocolate candies, I could have mentioned much more of those) On top of that the place was extremely clean and the host so helpful.
