At the beginnig, we had Problems with the AC in our Room, so they gave us an upgrade Room for one night and repaired the AC - so the next day we had our Room with a Perfect working AC. Nice staff. Bike, Scooter and Motorbike rental direct with the acommodation. We used the laundry service at the Hotel and were more than happy with the result - everything perfectly clean and the smell was Great!

The highlight of our room was definitely the riverside view and the direct view of the dragon bridge from our balcony. The fact that this place is new means all the furniture and appliances are top quality and in very good condition. The staff at this place are extremely helpful and keen on helping us fulfill all our requests. They helped us rent a scooter, with laundry and even suggested restaurants and gave us option for tours. I would highly recommend this for all visitors to da nang.
