The studios were roomy and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Plus the bonus of the most magnificent view of the sunrise over the Surfers Paradise.

The location and setting of the Kookuburra Cottage was superb as we overlooked the pond and could watch all the birds - amazing view. Nice and handy to Maleny which was worth a visit in itself. Our hosts supplied us with a marvellous hamper which basically fed us for the two days we were there. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed. We literally wanted for nothing. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectation.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. What a gem, this place is fantastic. We booked it on the same day and for only one night as we were driving through and wished we could have stayed longer. You just feel home as soon as you walk in. Great furnishing, sparkling clean, super friendly hosts and even Kangaroos running around in the backyard.

Deanna is the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and considerate host. the guesthouse had countless thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special - bath robes, toiletries, little chocolates, and she even lent us the most delicious balsamic vinegar. the grounds are beautiful, the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the pool is wonderful. we couldn’t fault a thing.
