I was very pleased to see that it's the male staff that is opening the gate now because sometimes they need to open very late in the night and very early in the morning, for early leaving guests. I like that they have a backup system in the time of loadshading. It's a mini-home away from home.

Such a lovely set up for families, we arrived after a long flight and wanted to stay close to airport before driving to our next destination. Arrived early and we were able to swim and relax while the room was being made up. They really went out of the way for us and we felt very comfortable - best night of sleep we all had, and for a family with young kids it was perfect.
