Great place, efficient check-in and very easy communication with the owner. Surrounded by tons of great restaurants, shops and bars yet still quiet at night, it was a pleasure to stay here and already look forward to my next visit. The rainfall shower is a treat after walking around the city all day in -5 degree weather. The rest of the appliances/style was also perfect and I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for great value!!

As an avid traveler who has journeyed through dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, I find it a pleasure to recount my experience at the Bad and Breakfast Hotel Montreal. The authenticity of the photos and descriptions across booking platforms and social media is commendable; they genuinely reflect the hotel's offerings without exaggeration. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an impeccable level of cleanliness that could rival any five-star establishment. The hotel exudes a remarkable sense of home comfort, providing a warm sanctuary against the biting Montreal winter. The breakfast served is not only heartwarming but also tantalizingly delicious, making each morning a culinary delight. However, the true essence of this establishment is embodied by Philippe, Nicolas, Darren, and Sylvain. Their combined efforts, brimming with sincerity, tactfulness, and intelligence, weave a fabric of genuine homey comfort that envelops you, particularly on those frosty Montreal days. Their ability to make guests feel at home is an art that they have mastered exquisitely. In retrospect, my only twinge of regret is not capturing a moment with this remarkable team in a photograph. Their spirit and warmth are what truly set the Bad and Breakfast Hotel Montreal apart, leaving lasting impressions that beckon for a return visit.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! The communication in advance from Cristina (the property manager) was fantastic and allowed for a very smooth process for checking in and leaving. She spent time going over a map with us and showing us different spots to hit up for groceries, breakfast, etc. Given this was our first trip to Montreal, we really appreciated that. We were in apt 201 and it was just fabulous with everything our family of 4 needed for the week, with laundry facilities, a balcony, access to a rooftop terrace with a BBQ, an elevator (super helpful when you've got 6-8 suitcases to manage). The location is also really good with an IGA grocery store an easy 10 minute walk away, among many other great shops. We walked pretty much everywhere (driving is a bit of a nightmare due to all the construction and one way streets and a serious lack of parking) and it was a fabulous way to take in all the city has to offer. We rented a car for 2 days and Cristina was able to provide a parking spot in the garage for this time which is huge!! We work overseas, living in extreme heat so coffee on the balcony in the morning was our favourite. (Picture provided in review). Cristina goes out of her way to ensure your time there is enjoyable even going so far as to help us in organizing our airport transfer on our last day. We've stayed in many Airbnb and aparthotels Internationally and this place is by far the best experience we've had! We would definitely jump at the chance to stay here again.
