The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for walking into the centre of Jerez. 5 mins to Plaza del Arenal. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods which was an added bonus. We couldn't fault the property.

Alberto came to meet me near the location when I arrived which was very much appreciated after my 18 hour journey. He showed me around the property, gave me the keys and I was all set. I loved the simplicity of the place - functional, modern, clean, no unnecessary clutter, just how I like it. When I had a question, Alberto responded immediately. The location was incredible, everything I could have wished for and even better as there were no noisy cars or trains around, it was a mainly pedestrian area.

Javier's apartment is perfect - super modern and brightly furnished. Everything is there, complete kitchen facilities, even a washing machine and dishwasher. We were there as a family with two teenagers, so the flat is ideal for that. We rented the parking space, which was no problem and Javier was always available if we had any questions. 5-15 min walk to restaurants and bars. Quiet area, bus stop in front of the door and a super supermarket in 3 min walking distance. We can definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

The appartment was in a gerat location and very clean, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and sitting room. Kitchen was fully equiped, microwave, coffee maker and so on. TV and wifi and a modern bathroom. The host we never met but gave exact instructions with WhatsApp video on how to enter the garage and appartment and everything work perfectly. The appartment is in a secure building with large gates to enter. The best thing is the underground garage where your car is safe and secure.
