The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). Parking available on site and a great system of having breakfast ready and waiting for you at your preferred time so you can get on the road quickly. Very friendly and helpful hosts too. An enchanting place in a lot of green. Never have we seen so much cordiality, cleanliness, care and loving detail. Very romantic and peaceful. Everything is perfectly thought out, from the tent furnishings, the ready-to-go fireplace in front of the tent to the functional kitchen shelter. The operators were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Sabine is a beautiful property and good location if you want to stay a bit away (and in a less expensive area) but still close to Oxford. There are a couple excellent pubs close (but not quite walking distance), and our host provided info on how to get into Oxford by bus -- no parking, bus runs to late, late night! "easy, peasy" The room & bathroom were great (lots of space and very clean), the shared sitting area (with the other 3 B&B rooms) was a nice option. We didn't partake in breakfast, but I'm sure it was excellent and it wasn't too much more.

There was safe off road parking and you could see your car from the apartment. The place was modern, clean and really well cared for. The kitchen was small but fine to cook meals we brought from home. The hobs were easy to use as was the microwave. The bed was very comfortable and again very clean. The rooms were warm throughout. The bathroom again was very clean and there were loads of thick towels ready to use. We didn't use the bus but they were very regular and the park and ride wasn't too far away.

I was here for a week doing research in the Bodleian. Ample room, nice decor, everything worked well. Comfortable bed, decent shower for a UK shower. Hannah was extremely responsive. I felt safe as a single female traveler. Only 3 minutes to the grocery and not more than 8-15 min from everywhere in the city center. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my academic friends!
