Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. Terima kasih 🫶 to the entire team at Oakwood premier cozmo 🫶💗🫶 Would love to come back only because of the friendly, helpful and approachable staff at your hotel. It was actually beyond our expectations. Super nice and fancy. Very comfortable, too. Due to its location that is above Kuningan Mall, it's easy if you wanna buy anything. The house is very clean and the staff would help you if there's any issues raised. There is a lot of storage for the closet in the master bedroom.

Very good location for family. 20-30 min to and from Soetta Airport. Near to shopping mall and easy access to public transport. Playground, pool and also gym are available. We had a pleasant stay here! The owner is also nice, helpful and give us many important information about laundry, convenience store, recommended foods around the apartment. We would love to come back and stay here!
