Walks at night meant also being able to see the beautiful night scenes of the shrines and temples in Nara park. The ryokan’s meals are huge so make sure not to eat too much before the meals! Miho, who served us, was the kindest most pleasant person. I really enjoyed our conversations together. At night, the hot bath is a pleasant end of tiring days. Truly recommend this to everyone!

Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities had everything we needed during our stay, and the beds were very comfortable. If you want to make your own food the kitchen is also well equipped. Each room had its own heating so we didn't have to worry about the cooler weather this time of year. The host gave us all the information we needed to access the property in English, so if you can't speak Japanese it's no problem.

One of the best experiences we've had on our trip to Japan. The house is located in the mountain with a limited access (only car) as it's on a toll road. Owners were extremely nice, sweet and helpful. They gave us a lot of tips and tricks for Nara (which we used) so we had even better experience. Very easy to communicate with owners, they text back very quickly and are very nice. The house is very well equipped, the fireplace is amazing, you can easily prepare a hotpot or grill some fish or steaks (owners have amazing equipment for both). The house is equipped with a traditional Japan style hottub which is a must try! The house was very nice and clean, enough space for everything, nice kitchen, living room and beautiful view. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Traditional bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this accommodation! Definitely worth it!
