Amazingly hospitable family who make you feel like you're at home. Truly a great experience all around and Mr. Pov organized a great 3 day, 2 night jungle trekking experience with a local guide. Definitely recommend staying here while you're in Banlung, and Pov is willing to pick you up and drop you off where needed. He can also schedule any bus or trip you may need. THE highlight of my trip so far!

I really love their family and Vuthy is a very helpful person , there're a lot of children comes to play and tries to speak with us as well as we feel as their teacher at the moment. The host was excellent, very helpful, ready to organise anything we needed. He also shared stories and information about the people from the minority villages and that part of Cambodia in general. The room was clean, basic but sufficient for good night sleep before and after jungle trekking. His house is a little piece of paradise in loud and dusty Banlung

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Happy Guesthouse. The room was spacious, the neighborhood was cozy, and the owner was very welcoming. Indeed, I embarked on an adventurous route recommended by the guesthouse owner, which took me through the Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park. It was an unforgettable experience, cycling through savannah-like landscapes and passing by multiple tribal villages. Thanks for the tips! It was fantastic.

We had the happiest stay at the family guesthouse, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The family took great care of us and made us feel at home, we can say we will miss them! The guesthouse is a fantastic value for money, and the food is among the best we tried in Cambodia, delicious and plenty. The location is beautiful, with great views and at a convenient situation to visit the main attractions. In a cosy restaurant next to the guesthouse their delicious tradicional grandma's noodle soup is served and is worth a try. Thank you for everything, it has been a pleasure to spend some time with the family at your beautiful place :)

Tot m'ha agradat!!! L'habitació és àmplia i el lavabo està molt bé. És una caseta de fusta molt maca. A més tenen un restaurant maquíssim on fan uns menjars boníssims, de manera que per molt bon preu pots esmorzar i fer els àpats que vulguis allà mateix. El més increïble és el tracte de la Thyda i en Rithea, la parella que ho porten. Són encantadors i t'ajuden en tot el que poden i més. Amb en Rithea vaig fer un tour per la zona visitant cascades i un llac molt bonic. La Thyda em va trobar un grup per fer un trekking increïble per la jungla i també m'ha gestionat els bitllets d'autobús per a la meva propera destinació. Sempre amb un somriure immens. Moltes gràcies Thyda i Rithea per fer que l'estança a casa vostra hagi estat tan meravellosa.🥰.

Unreserved recommendation!!! I was able to spend some wonderful days here. - Accommodation in a beautiful traditional wooden house with real wood furniture - a huge bathroom - when the windows in the bathroom are open, you can see the whole valley (while Take a shower;) - great views from the dining area - Large bed (with a great view when the door is open) and plenty of power sockets - very attentive owner with very good knowledge of English and, if desired, lots of ideas on how to spend your time here. For example, places worth seeing in the Banlung area and/or a trekking tour with Bunta into the national park - delicious food
