Stayed for one night. The staff greeted us very friendly and were welcoming. The room was prepared for us very clean - the bed was extremely comfy. The room had power socket very conveniently located next to the bed and a huge TV with Netflix. It is also located very close to the hot springs.

Carlos is very nice and helpful. He came to pick us up from the train station then took us straight to the bus ticket selling station so we were able to get our bus tickets for the next morning. Place is clean. Breakfast was bread, tea and scramble eggs. The scramble eggs Carlos made was very good! There are no credit card machines available and we didn’t have cash on us to pay, Carlos allowed us to stay for the night and we went to the ATM and payed next morning.

Very clean and centrally located. Franklin is such friendly host, made me feel at home at the hotel. there was fruit and bottled water in my room when I arrived. shower was hot which I appreciated. there was also a heater in the room but I was warm enough and didn’t use it. wifi was good. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel when I hiked up to Machu Picchu and after that when I returned and went to the hot springs. breakfast was simple but good - bread, eggs, yoghurt and muesli, tea or coffee, juice, fruit.
