The location was just what we wanted something close to the Ležac beer fountain, what we found was a very neat clean apartment across from an old village bar with a lovely sun terrace, and a walk up through the truly glorious 200 year old wooded gardens of a series of spa hotels, built in the 1800s, a complete surprise to us, the apartment would make an ideal starting point to explore the walks around the area... with your dog! We will be back. Its quiet despite the pretty old church being next door. If you felt the need to spoil yourself the spa and associated facilities cry out to be sampled, we had bought food and planned to cook for ourselves, an easy chore with the nicely laid out kitchenette. But next time!

Csendes, nyugodt kis településen szuper minőségű szállás. Az apartman saját termálvizes dézsafürdője, és a saját szauna/gőzfürdő teljesen feleslegessé teszi az egyébként külön épületben (Hotel Vita) található közös "termálfürdő" kissé körülményes meglátogatását. Az apartmanok teljesen külön épületben vannak, de minden rövid sétatávolságon belül található, reggeli/checkin/checkout 50 méter, szuper steakház 100 méter, termálfürdő 250 méter, pizzéria 500 méter, élelmiszerbolt és non-stop automata (étel, ital, snack, kávé, ajándék) 650 méter. Udvarias, tényleg vendégszerető személyzet.

The house was great, equipped with all amenities, including Nescaffe coffee maker and even a box with board games for the long nights. Valentina, the host, was extremely nice and forthcoming and filled the place with her energy.

Great accommodation! Host was very friendly, helped us out and everything at the apartment was great. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. I have nothing to complain.

The apartment buildings are part of an old watermill of more than 600 years old. The site also has an old sawmill. The mills are operating, the watermill produces different kinds of flours of wheat and maize (biological, eco-production). The owners gave us and our children a tour around the facilities and showed us everything, which was an exceptional experience the kids were fascinated just as us adult. There are ducks, chickens and cats on the farm area which gave us further nice moments. The apartments are nicely renovated, mostly with natural materials. We had a large balcony with very nice view. Our hosts very friendly and flexible with our arrival and departure.

This place is one of the best places to stay at when you are at Slovenia. Its a bit remote, which makes it more special, but also harder if you don't have a car. The owner is a kind, generous man. The accomodations are nice and cleans, as well as the toilets. There is also a large gym for you to use, and the common area is enormous. I stayed there for a week and felt at home. Note- You make your own food. The place supplies many ingredients that you can pay for if you want (8 euros for meal, totally worth it).

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We were provided with the best breakfast every morning. The dog "Berto" is very well trained and is very happy about guests.
