I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

It was just 15min walk away from the European Parliament. I liked the quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was shared, but I did not find that to be a problem. The hallway was smelling really nice and the hostess was super friendly.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

A lovely classical Belgian terrace type house with gorgeous, high ceiling rooms in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Certainly something out of the ordinary as far as bespoke B&B style accomodation goes. Rooms are private with ensuite bathroom, on the ground floor is a common area living room and kitchen with large double door fridge with chilled water dispenser. Steve the host was extremely obliging and only too happy to assist in any way he could including allowing us use of his private washer and dryer and ordering a taxi for us on us our departure. Close to good cafes, restaurants and shopping, a highly recommended stay in a prime location.

Very easy check-in; responsive host; great location, close to a wide tree-lined boulevard; food shopping a short walk away; both metro and tram in very close proximity making it easy to move around the city.

It's near the subway and other Public transport. The host is very friendly and has a big binder on what to do and helpful tips. There were basic necessities like a lot of coffee and a coffee machine (nespresso). There where even 2 PC's and a printer to use. We could use the guest Netflix / Spotify account, There was a lot of attention to safety with clearly marked escape floor plans.

There was enough space for everything and everything was clean and nice. There is Netflix on the TV so that was good since we don't understand belgian programs. The owners are very nice and kind. One day they even brought us cake, which cas very good. Very beautiful paintings also.
