From the time of booking they were quick to respond to our messages. They arranged for airport pickup. Their breakfast was delicious, and we sat every morning looking at the pyramids. They supplied unlimited tea and water at no cost. The room was clean and comfortable. Mustafa at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations on the best places to eat, how to get around and the sights we couldn’t miss. He was always available to answer questions. The entire staff made us feel at home.

The only point worth mentioning is the elevator. It was a bit unsafe, but it seems to be a common issue for Cairo. 🏢🔧 Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return here again! 👍👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
