The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely hospitable, and kindly welcomed us like family. Between Mr. Kareem and his brothers there wasn't a single request that they could not fulfill. The hotel provided an outstanding driver, which took us to various places, offering rapid transportation and peace of mind in terms of security. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to feel like they are visiting family. You will truly feel welcomed. The staff were great and helpful anytime i needed them. Special shoutout to Yusuf Hamdy and Motaz. Housekeeping was done everyday to make the stay extra comfortable. The studio apartment was so amazing and clean. The host Muhga was so kind, amazing and lovely. Whatever we wanted or needed or if we got questions, she had everything fixed and answer at all our questions in seconds!! I love this place so much and will definitely stay at this place without hesitation. And big plus, you have all the supermarket and restaurant and everything you need around the corner!! ❤️
