Located within 14 km of Glyndebourne Opera House and 25 km of AMEX Stadium in Lewes, Scallow Campsite provides accommodation with seating area. The camping pod was really cosy and clean, much roomier and more comfortable than I expected. The pods are really well kitted out with kitchenware and home comforts, which is perfect for a solo traveller who can't carry too much with them. Lovely little coffee/tea hamper provided and the hob was really easy to use. The pods are warm and well lit, with a great little decking area to sit out on into the evening. Very comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels in the shower room and all the little extra things you might need have been thought of. I would highly recommend the Scallows and would love to visit again myself one day.

Boasting garden views, Secret & Secluded Sedlescombe offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 32 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. We had a very warm welcome. The place is very cosy and in the nighttime we heard nightjars and ofcourse Chalky the donkey;)

Very well equipped, extremely helpful and responsive owner who also respected our privacy. Lovely, quiet space in the countryside with nearby forest walk with views.

Located in Peacehaven and only 10 km from Brighton Marina, Skylark Apartment provides accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. The Skylark apartment was perfect for our group. Five sleeping places, two bathrooms and very good equipment. We arrived late in the evening from the ferry of Newhaven, but that was no problem at all. Parking place close by the door. Everything perfect.

Offering city views, West Hill Retreat Edwardian Balconette City View Ensuite with Free Parking is an accommodation set in Hastings, 2.7 km from St. We loved the old world charm of the large room with it’s bay windows and fireplace. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with not just a shower but a stand alone bath tub. Extra towels were provided with bath robes and slippers. Also, extra treats provided, for example home made chocolate cake on arrival, were exceptional. Our host was fantastic and the breakfasts she provided each morning were a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Although the street is narrow, parking was not a problem.

Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. The place exceeded our expectations! Hosts are very nice people who've made the whole place feel like home away from home. Every day there were freshly baked cookies/cakes downstairs which tasted so good! (for free!!). The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!
