The views from the room were beautiful and the quality of the accomodation and the breakfast were the by far one of the best our trip.

Situated in Dufftown, in a historic building, 22 km from Huntly Castle, Abbeyfield B&B is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. “ Five stars” B&B: Large rooms, very comfortable beds, impeccably clean, nice and cosy decoration, modern bathrooms and Kira, a very friendly hostess!

Offering a garden and river view, The Fiddichside Inn is located in Aberlour, 30 km from Huntly Castle and 35 km from Grantown Museum. Beautiful setting, comfortable space with 2 bedrooms/baths and full kitchen & living. Could have stayed comfortably for several days. Owner very responsive. The attached bar was a fun place to meet the locals. Angus, the bartender, was very hospitable, & knowledgable about the flavor profiles of the wide variety of spirits available. We felt very welcome while the locals regaled us with stories of their families and the area’s history. Remember it’s a bar not a pub-they don’t serve food but they can recommend a couple of restaurants. The outdoor seating by the river was an added plus! Definitely worth a visit!

Situated in Elgin and only 600 metres from Elgin Cathedral, The Pines Guest House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and nice. We can definitely recommend to stay here. We got a delicious cooked breakfast, the room was beautiful, freshly renovated with nice bathroom. At our next stay in Elgin we will definitely stay there again if possible.

Set in Rothes and only 17 km from Elgin Cathedral, 4 Stills Apartment offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great little stopover for the night. Cute little village. The parking was good easy to get in and out.

Set in Ballater and only 15 km from Balmoral Castle, Unique tiny house with wood fired roll top bath in heart of the Cairngorms offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private... Great location and walk to the town from the house. Wood fired tub was a nice experience. Such a well out tiny home, family of 4 was very comfortable!

Offering a garden and garden view, Room on the River is situated in Cruden Bay, 17 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club and 37 km from Hilton Community Centre. Everything was perfect from the beginning when we met Gillian to all the food that was in the fridge and the cleanliness of the apartment ! What a pleasure to take a bath after a day of hiking ! From the house, you can make a beautiful hike to see the beach and the New Slains Castle ! Thank you again for everything !

The breakfast was excellent, best ever! The locaition was perfect, very peaceful and relaxing. The owners where very helpful and friendly

Set in Stonehaven, Stonehaven ground floor home with a spectacular harbour view. Offers a restaurant and sea views, 200 metres from Carron Beach and less than 1 km from Cowie Beach. The cottage was wonderful. We all enjoy our stay. It was a great respite in our busy travel schedule.
