We spent 3 nights in the treehouse and really enjoyed our stay ! The view is just amazing, surrounded by nature, you can only hear the sound of wildlife and even spot some animals. The family running the place is really nice, they showed us around and we even had a demonstration of Kalaripayattu, the martial art of Kerala. And the food is amazing ! Jodie is a really good cook. Best Parotha we've tried in India. We recommend this place 100% !

The cottage and main house were so peaceful--I was content to spend hours just reading on my balcony and listening to the birds and the call to prayer down in the valley. I looked forward to every part of my day--but especially breakfast, which was an absolute feast, every time! Some of the best food I've had in Kerala, and that's a high bar. Renju and the staff were wonderful in ordering autos for me when I needed them, and also they were just so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to come for a long or short retreat. Highly recommended.

Host is very good. The facility's overall cleanliness is top-notch, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a large family with 4/5 people and 2/3 children.

Special Highlights (5/5): The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning location. It's a rare privilege to be on top of a peak, surrounded by lush greenery and captivating vistas. Additionally, the homemade food served here is an absolute delight. Fresh and delicious, it adds a distinct charm to the experience. Additional Notes: It's worth noting that the path leading to the hermitage can be challenging for some vehicles. When Mr. Radhakrishnan advises on whether your vehicle can make it, trust his judgment. The journey might be tough, but the destination is equally rewarding.

Ismail, the owner is very helpful and cordial. A functioning kitchen is available for basic cooking. It's near Kalpetta town.

El Nostalgia Homestay ofrece vistas a la montaña y alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 8,2 km del mirador de Lakkidi. A big villa with lots of space surrounded by nature. Everything was comfortable and clean. Praveen is an incredibly helpful host and the caretaker Joy is a great help. Our stay was beyond anything we expected and we would definitely return to this place when in Wayanad.

El Greenfield Homestay se encuentra en Vythiri. To start with the contact with the guests was amazing and Mr Suresh was so guide full and always available throughout the whole stay …. The house was so peaceful and so pleasant to spend the time just staying in that house . We felt the stay as we were at our home . The house was so clean, well furnished, well situated, beds are so comfortable, so calm and with a nice Mountain View. I will recommend this house for all friends and relatives eyes closed, in order to have a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Wayannad !!!! For food you can also ask for a home delivery at the nearby hotel Topstar restaurant address given by Mr Suresh, but the restaurant is small but rich in Quality !! I highly recommend that tooo….
