The sunsets on the terrace were outstanding. The room was just what I needed. Common spaces were clean and tidy. Same for the room and bathroom. Good communication all the time. Overall, the stay was exceptional!

The place is new and well organized (I gather that this is a new location). There was no clutter and the garden was relaxing and lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, and is perfect for those who want privacy. I was traveling for work so I needed to use the internet and it was reliable. The room that was assigned to me was really great - it was not cramped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and there was sufficient pressure for the shower.

The Derrick was very kind and helpful with different aspects of our trip. The location was great! We could walk to restaurants, the mall, the beach, and the botanical gardens. My kids enjoyed the view and the cozy room. I highly recommend Elementis for your stay in Entebbe!
