The staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaners do a great job of cleaning the rooom too. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the city centre mall is attached to the hotel which was really convenient, can be accessed through the second floor which is only a couple of minutes walk. And the hotel has a lovely fragrance in the atmosphere 😍

Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly in advising on the eating options available during Ramadan for non-Muslims. My room was quite large and had everything in it that I needed. There were English language newspapers in the lobby that I could read which I really appreciated. Wifi signal was robust and quick.
