The hosts also provided with a very useful map of the area marking the main attractions and providing the pros and cons of each excursion / tour. All the excursions were booked upon arrival with the help of the hosts.

The location of the property is incredible if you want to feel lost in the jungle with the quiet and tranquil surroundings. The room was super spacious and the window gave us an incredible view from bed. We made a fire one night which was incredible to do in Costa Rica and overall everything was perfect!

The property is great - assuming you are coming to Monteverde to see birds, feel the clouds, and enjoy local foods! This place has it all. Our party of 4 couples had the whole place to ourselves - we did have some noisy convesations and laughters. We did some impromptu shows at the amphitheater - what a cool place. Every morning we saw several guided tour groups setting up telescopes trained to the trees in the property, while we simply stood on balcony, coffee in hand. Andrea was great in getting what we wanted. highly recommended!

This truly is a beautiful little mountain getaway. The view is incredible and I loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and listening to the birds sing. The house was very cozy and was just the right amount of space for two of us. The hosts were very responsive and provided good recommendations!
