Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, ci siamo amaramente pentiti di non essere rimasti una notte in più invece che soggiornare una notte negli squallidi resort al lago. La cura del cliente è impeccabile, il personale è molto attento alle esigenze e mai troppo invadente, si è creato cosi un ambiente famigliare e accogliente. La colazione offerta è ricca e fresca, degna di menzione nella guida Michelin. L'host è estremamente dolce e accorta, una cosa che ci ha colpito molto è che dopo 1ora aveva già imparato i nostri nomi (questo dimostra grande impegno e dedizione nel suo lavoro). Propongono una grande varietà di esperienze, che vengono incontro a tutte le esigenze. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, curate nei minini dettagli con i set di cortesia (acqua, the, bollitore, biscotti etc). Il punteggio che ha su Booking è davvero meritato, consigliamo tanto questa struttura.

We loved the pool, was able to use it for a few hours before we could check in. The room was very comfortable, nice bathroom, good location & staff were nice! was the perfect place for a night before we did the overnight national park tour!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the river that runs along side it where you can kayak and tube down, which looked fun. The beds in the room were comfortable and the black out curtains helped create a great nights sleep. There was also air con in the room. The staff were incredible and kind. They organised our day trip to the national park and provided us with a dry bag which included towels, waters and head torches. It was very straightforward and easy. The breakfast was basic but very tasty. The town itself is lovely and very relaxed, there's a handful of bars and restaurants to visit all in a short walking distance.

What makes a stay at this place special is first of all the very friendly and amazing staff. They planned several activities and tours with us, e.g. a day trip by long tail boat in Khao Sok national park. After our activities we enjoyed ice cold beer at the hotel bar with a stunning view over the jungle. Thank you for the great time. We would highly recommend.
