Host was very helpful, super patient and provided very good contact before arriving Ambience is good, My friend twisted ankle in cave and host took really nice care of him bringing fresh ice bags and checking how he is doing Location is fantastic with shared space overlooking the river Air-conditioning worked super well Laundry service overnight was very convenient.i left 6am and my laundry was ready for me Breakfast was simple yet very filling and sufficient for an active say of caves exploration

The location in front of rice fields is wonderful. It is 5 minutes from town center and Sy will loan you bikes to move around easily (this is not Hanoi, there is no traffic!). The homestay is beautiful and the rooms and beds very comfortable. Sy and his family are extremely kind and they will help you with tour arrangements and practical issues since the moment you make the booking. Very good value. If I ever come back to Phong Nha I will surely chose Sy’s homestay again.
