The kitchen especially was very well-equipped with everything you could think of and communication with the manager of the property was excellent and very efficient.

We stayed for one month and it was a real home away from home. Perfectly clean on arrival, multiple bedsheets provided and extra bedding in the wardrobe, all the kitchenware we needed, radiators in every room, etc. The wifi was reliable with no issues whatsoever and Victoria was highly responsive via WhatsApp when we asked for additional lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. The building is very secure and clean and quiet, in the ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the Gondola Station but also 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Shower pressure is good and full tank of hot water. Amazing value for money and if we’re ever back in Bansko we would stay again!

The hosts—Svetlana and Martin were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable experience. The location is exceptional and you are just steps away from everything. The private spa center with sauna and jacuzzi offered to the guests was a great addition to everything else. The lodge is designed with style and taste and every little detail was right on spot! Lovely place to relax and enjoy! Highly recommended!

The apartment is very big with 2 large rooms (fit for a couple) and 1 room with 2 single beds and an attic with 2 more single beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed kitchen accessories. The living room is very big and comfortable. The apartment was clean and had a very large water heater so we always had hot water. There is a nice interior garden outside. The host was nice and helpful. She speak good English and has good hiking tips. The apartment is very close to the town center and to a lot of restaurants and shops.
