Horquetas River Lodge features river views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Sarapiquí. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Everything. This is the best property I have ever stayed. The hosts are wonderful. There are only two rooms and the other room was empty when we stayed there, so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was like living in a house in middle of forest. I especially loved the big outdoor kitchen. Amazing thing was that Wi-Fi was also quite good in the middle of forest. They also let us ride their horses for free. Breakfast was also amazing. Will definitely go back to stay here.

With mountain views, Hortensias Chalets Vara blanca is set in Heredia and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. Great location. Very nice rooms. Dinner was fantastic with my favorite Chilean wine (Laura Hartwig). Also breakfast was very good.

Offering garden views, La Cabaña is an accommodation situated in Heredia, 16 km from Poas National Park and 6.5 km from La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Great house, with beautiful view. Check-in was easy with keys in a locker, easy access, great location close to Poas and La Paz.

Offering a garden and garden view, Deluxe boutique lodge is situated in Vara Blanca, 6.2 km from La Paz Waterfall Gardens and 7.6 km from La Paz Waterfall. The Deluxe Boutique Lodge was perfect in so many ways. We booked this location to be close to Poas National Park and La Paz Waterfall Garden. It was 20 minutes to one and 10 to the other. Walter met us at the property even though due to weather and construction we were about an hour late. He also became our lifesaver that day. Again, due to weather, a family member was delayed arriving into San Jose. Walter volunteered to drive down to San Jose and pick her up. The property is located on the main road into the small village of Vara Blanca, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Lodge is super clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the WIFI very good and the huge TV was a welcome diversion during the stormy weather. We do not hesitate to recommend this property

We loved the location, the comfortability, spaciousness of the property. Juan was fantastic! He made the whole experience easy and joyful! He was extremely helpful and kind. We are so grateful 14/10 would stay here again!!

Set in San Jerónimo in the Heredia region and La Sabana Metropolitan Park reachable within 19 km, Mountain Lodge CheTica offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a terrace and free private... The lodge is beautiful, set in the hills next to a rain forest. My room reminded me of log cabin but with a modern bath room. I loved sitting on my balcony with the beautiful landscaping of trees & flower plants. I would awake to see the sheep grazing on the hills. You can walk into a little forest to a running creek, very cool. All of the staff are wonderful, and the owner Ruben is great & very helpful letting me know all of the things to do in the area. And the breakfast & dinners are very good, they have an awesome chef. I will definitely be back to stay here again!!
